As discussed recently, Max’s increasingly dark ideology is ever more etched permanently onto his skin. Apparently “Life is porno” now. Is that really what his life has become? Oh, hang on a minute, look who’s talking.
Chrystal Sinn seems to know what she’s doing tat-wise (with exactly zero myself I am a self-appointed expert). Hers look like they were done by a highly skilled artist and not at the seaside or as if the subject had rolled around on a child’s temporary tattoo sheet for a few minutes. Even her face tattoos look stylish enough that they probably wouldn’t result in her being refused a job interview for a customer facing position.
The camera roams around a lot and though you might think that makes the edit easier because there’s less cuts, it’s actually more difficult primarily because if you need to chop it up a bit you have to work much harder and be more focused to find and create those edit points. But I like it, it’s got a good energy.
